摘要
探讨了利用气相色谱测试SIPE制备液酯交换率和副产DEG含量的方法,研究了制备液氨解的条件。采用1∶6的质量比添加乙醇胺在50℃下氨解30 min即可转化完全,利用FFAP色谱柱以程序升温的方式应用气相色谱测试氨解液中甲醇和DEG含量,并计算出酯交换率,该结果能够准确的反映出SIPE制备液的品质。
This paper shows the method of testing the transesterification rate and the DEG content of SIPE glycol so- lution by gas chromatography and the condition of aminolysis. This method uses ethanolamine of a mass ratio of 1 : 6 to aminolysis at 50 ℃. The compounds will be decomposed completely after 30 min. Using FFAP chromatograph- ic column to test the content of methanol and DEG in ammonia solution in temperature programmed mode. The cal- culating transesterification rate could accurately reveal the quality of the SIPE solution.
