以235 dtex/34 f PA66 FDY工业丝为例,通过对PA66高强低缩FDY二位实验线装置的设备及工艺条件的探讨,研究出纺丝、拉伸、定型、卷绕适宜的关键工艺参数,开发了500 t/a产业用高强低缩PA66 FDY工业丝的实验生产线。

Taking 235 dtex/34 f PA66 FDY industrial yarn as an example, through the research on the equipments and process conditions of 2-positions experimental production line for PA66 FDY with high tenacity and low shrink- age, find the suitable key process parameters for spinning, drawing, shaping and winding. The experimental production line for producing 500 t/a high tenacity and low shrinkage PA66 FDY industrial yarn has been developed.
