摘要
基于资源基础观,构建社会资本、动态能力和创新绩效之间的关系模型,通过对京津冀211家企业进行问卷调查获取数据,运用结构方程(SEM)进行实证研究。结果表明,技术动态能力和市场动态能力在结构维度、认知维度对创新绩效影响中扮演着完全中介的作用;在关系维度对创新绩效影响中扮演部分中介作用。因此,企业增加社会资本存量的同时,要加强内部技术动态能力和市场动态能力的提升,从而提高企业的创新绩效。
Based on resource-based approach, the paper constructs a relationship model among social capital, dynamic capability and innovation performance. The research data is obtained through conducting a questionnaire survey of 211 enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, then empirical research is conducted using SEM. The conclusion shows technique dynamic capability and marketing dynamic capability play a full mediating role between structural, cognition dimensions and innovation performance, and play a partial mediating role between relationship and innovation performance. Therefore, along with increasing social capital inventory, enterprises should also enhance promotion of internal technical and marketing dynamic capabilities, in order to improve enterprises' innovation performance.
