企业协同创新导向与绩效关联实证研究——基于系统协同效应分析的视角

The Empirical Research on the Correlation of Enterprises' Synergic Innovation Guidance and Performance——Based on the View of Systematic Synergistic Effect Analysis

基于协同论基本原理,分析协同创新导向与企业协同创新绩效关联机理,结合序参量方程和势函数,进行基于企业协同创新的内外因交互层级回归,以及结构方程模型的直接和间接效应实证分析。结果显示:协同创新导向不仅对实施企业的创新绩效存在推动作用,且以协同创新网络传导其对企业创新成长绩效的提升作用。应从显化协同创新导向,构建协同创新网络,实施协同引导和鼓励创新的复合策略等方面入手,对企业协同创新导向加以改善以提升其创新绩效。

Under the basic synergetic principles, this paper analyses the correlation mechanism of synergic innovation guidance and innovation performance, makes an empirical study on both direct and indirect effect of structural equation model and interactive hierarchical regression of internal and external causes based on enterprises＇ synergic innovation with the combination of order parameter equation and potential function. The result indicates that synergic innovation guidance not only has an important driving effect on executing enterprises＇ innovation performance, but also transmits its promotion of innovative growing performance by synergic innovation networks. It can be accomplished with the following points ： manifesting synergic innovation guidance, the construction of synergic innovation networks, the implementation of compound strategies of synergic guidance and innovation encouragement.
