Existing Problems and Counter-measures on Thermal Coal Supply Chain Under Market Conditions

分析了我国目前火电总装机容量、煤炭资源供求关系的变化及其未来的发展趋势,对目前电煤供应链存在的问题进行了深入分析探讨,提出了加快煤炭企业兼并重组,建立全国统一的煤炭交易平台,建立国家煤炭储备机制,加强对煤炭供需及煤炭价格的宏观调控,规范和减少流通环节,降低电煤流通环节成本等相应对策。

The changes of total installation capacity of coal-fired units, coal supply-demand relationship and future development trend in our country have been analyzed. The existing problems in thermal coal supply chain have been discussed in detail. Counter-measurements have been proposed including to speed-up the annex and reorganization of coal enterprises, to set-up an unified national coal trade platform and national coal reservation mechanism, to intensify coal supply-demand and price macro adjustment, to regulate and reduce circulating links and costs.
