疤痕性眼睑外翻的手术治疗

The operation treatment of cicatricial ectropion of eyelid

目的 :手术修复疤痕性眼睑外翻 ,恢复功能 ,改善外形 ,减少并发症。方法 :选择不同的手术方法修复治疗 34例 48只眼睑外翻畸形 ,其中应用全厚皮片游离移植修复 19例 2 6只眼睑外翻 ,“V- Y成形术”修复 9例 13只眼 ,邻近皮瓣旋转修复 6例 9只眼。结果 :随访 0 .5 a～ 1a,均取得显著治疗效果。结论 :不同的手术方法应根据不同的疤痕眼睑外翻挛缩程度选择性应用 。

Objective:We repair the cicatricial ectropion of eyelid through operations in order to restore their functions, make the apperance better and reduce complications.Methods:We have chosen different operating methods and have treated thirty-four patients by repairing forty-eight malformed extrophia eyelids.Among them,nineteen patients′ twenty-six extrophia eyelids have been repaired by free grafting of full-thickness skin, nine patients' thirteen eyes have been repaired by V-Y-plasty and six patients' nine eyes have been repaired by rotary transferring of adjacent skin flaps.Results:We kept on visiting the patients for six months or one year and found they all achieved satisfactory curative effects.Conclusions:In order to improve the curative effects,different operating methods should be chosen according to different contracture degrees.
