洗涤红细胞输注治疗胆碱酯酶老化的有机磷农药中毒6例临床观察

Clinical observation of organophosphorus peticide poisoning with cholinesterase ageing were cured by trans-fused washed red cells(6 cases report).

:目的 :应用洗涤红细胞成分血治疗胆碱酯酶老化的有机磷农药中毒患者 6例 ,旨在提高疗效。方法 :用洗涤红细胞成分血治疗 6例 ,治愈 4例 ,死亡 2例 ,治愈率 6 6 %。结论 :输注洗涤红细胞成分血疗效较好 。

Objective:6 cases of organophosphorus peticide with cholinesterase ageing were treated by used component blood of washed red cells.The aim of this study was to improve curing effect.Method:6 cases were treated by transfused washed red cells.Results:4 cases were cured.2 cases were died.Curing rate was 66%.Conclusion:The component blood of transfused washed red cells is much better than that previons traditional therapy.It is that basic hospital would development this work.
