论中国跨境经济合作区的法律缺失与完善策略

A studyon lack of legislation and the coping strategies of the cross-border economic cooperation zone in China

目前中国建设跨境经济合作区的呼声很高,各级边境地方政府也积极投入其中,但是其发展仍旧缓慢,究其缘由既有经济、政治因素的限制,又有法律制度配套的不完善。本文归纳并分析了中国跨境经济合作区发展中的法律缺失问题,并从国际立法、国内立法与立法内容三个方面提出应对策略,以期对促进中国跨境经济合作区的发展有所助益。
