摘要
为了提高机床产品生产企业快速响应市场的能力,在企业资源及产品资源可重用的基础上,提出了基于信息重用技术的机床产品快速设计模式。以锻压机床为例,研究了面向快速设计的设计模板构建方法,提高了信息重用性。提出了客户需求规范与转换模式,得到快速设计系统需要的设计参数和特征参数。通过设计参数提取设计模板,并通过特征参数定量属性的匹配来驱动设计模板完成新产品的主机结构设计,使得新产品的开发更加快速,提高了设计质量和效率。
This research aims to improve the ability of machine tool enterprises to respond quickly to market requirements. It takes the reusability of enterprise and produces resources as the premise and puts forward the rapid design method of machine tools based on information reuse technology. Taking the metal forming machine as an example, it studies the construction method of rapid-design-oriented design template, thereby enhancing information reusability; it proposes a model to specify and convert customer requirements, so as to obtain the design and characteristic parameters for the rapid design system, and the former parameters can be used to extract the design template, while the matching of the latter parameters' quantitative properties will be used to drive the design template to accomplish the design of the new products' mainframe, thus quickening the development of new products and improving the design quality and efficiency.
