摘要
中小企业融资难已严重制约企业的生存和发展。银行金融服务创新也面临巨大的挑战。供应链金融,依据供应链理论将企业的运营管理与银企金融服务创新有机结合,以提升整个供应链上企业的财务运营效率。中小企业在供应链中借势融资,提升竞争力。但是供应链金融不是一个简单的金融技术,涉及面广切复杂。文中从多角度解析供应链金融涉及的主要要素及策略。
Financing of SMEs（Small and Medium Enterprises） has seriously restricted the survival and development of enterprises.Innovation in the banking industry and financial services is also faced with a huge challenge.According to the theory of supply chain,supply chain finance,combined with the bank-enterprise financial services innovation as well as enterprise operation and management,enhance the financial efficiency of the entire supply chain enterprises.Thus,SMEs（Small and Medium Enterprises） can enhance their competitiveness by financing in the supply chain.Supply chain finance is not just a simple financial technology;it involves a wide range of disciplines and lots of complications.This paper analyses the main elements and strategy in supply chain finance from a multi-angle perspective.
