摘要
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展,其在社会经济发展中的地位也日益突显,但是在建筑业企业里,建设人才严重流失现象却始终没能得到有效控制,已经严重影响到建筑行业的正常发展,同时也给社会带来了种种不稳定因素。文中对人才流失现象进行了全面分析,并提出了解决对策。解决好建筑业企业人才流失问题,可以促使建筑业企业高效、稳步、可持续发展。
With the rapid development of construction industry in our country,its status in the social and economic development is increasingly highlighted,but in construction enterprise,the brain drain phenomenon always failed to get effectively controlled,has seriously affected the normal development of construction industry,meanwhile,also brought all kinds of unstable factors to the society.This paper made a comprehensive analysis of brain drain phenomenon,and put forward some countermeasures.Settle well problems of construction enterprise brain drain,can make the development of construction enterprises more efficient,steady and sustainable.
