如何从众多的项目方案中找出最优的项目方案是每个决策者所必须面对的问题。尤其对于一些大项目,影响的因素众多,并且各因素的影响程度也各不相同。文中通过用从层次分析法来对常用于多目标决策的关联矩阵法加以改进,从而能更好的确定项目方案实施的主要因素和权重,更为准确的确定最优项目方案。

Identifying the optiomal project solutions from a large number of projects is the problem that each decision-makers must face.Especially for large projects,the influence of many factors,and the impact of various factors are different.this paper,by using analytic hierarchy process to optimize the incident matrix,thus better able to determine the major factor and weight of project implementation,so that more accurately determine the optimal project plan.
