摘要
目前社会安全生产事故频频发生,文中通过论述铁路安全文化的范畴构成特点及与其他文化的优势融合,分析铁路事故致因构成,结合济南铁路局胶济线事故和日本新干线成功运营的案例,基于精神、制度、物质等三文化层面提出了行之有效的手段,对预防事故的发生有着非常重要的意义。同时,铁路安全文化也可借鉴到其他安全生产领域,发挥更广泛的作用。
Based on the current social safety incidents occuring frequently,this article discusses the cultural aspects of railway safety and characteristics of composition and the advantages of integration with other cultures,analyze the cause of the railway accident combined with Jiaoji Line＇s Accident of Jinan Railway Bureau and successful case of the Shinkansen in Japan.Effective means of accident prevention are put forward based on three culture levels of the spirit、the system and the material,which is significant to the accident prevention.Meanwhile,the railway safety culture can be extrapolated to other areas of safety,playing a broader role.
