由于我国高等职业教育的办学规模和招生规模的拓展,导致了高等职业学校的教学质量普遍下降。如何在大力发展高等职业教育的背景下搞好高职院校的深化改革,提升教育教学质量,提升办学水平,就要求我们务必要搞好专业建设。高职物流管理专业作为一个新兴专业具有良好的发展前景,但由于现存的一些因素的制约和影响,现阶段我国高职物流专业的人才培养仍存在不少的问题,因此,研究高职物流人才的培养制约因素有重要的理论和现实意义。

Due to the quantity of the students and the expansion of the scale of enrollment in vocational education in China,leading to a general decline in the quality of teaching in vocational schools.How to do a good job in vigorously develop vocational education in the context of the deepening reform of the vocational colleges,and enhance the quality of education and teaching,and to improve school level,it requires us to be sure to do a good job in the professional building.As a new major,Vocational Logistics Management has good prospects for development,there are still a lot of problems because of some of the existing factors and impacts.At this stage of China＇s Vocational Logistics professional personnel train,it has important theoretical and practical significance to research Vocational logistics personnel cultivation constraints.
