肥胖与重症哮喘严重程度及预后关系的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨肥胖与重症哮喘严重及预后的关系。方法以重症哮喘患者为研究对象,比较正常体质量指数(BMI)组、超重组和肥胖组的动脉血气、肺功能、生命体征及随访期间住院和死亡情况。结果肥胖组和超重组动脉氧分压(PaO2)和最大呼气峰流速(PEF)低于正常BMI组(均<0.05);动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、脉率和呼吸频率高于正常BMI组(均<0.05);平均住院次数、住院时间、机械通气次数及死亡患者比例均高于正常BMI组(均<0.05)。结论肥胖的重症哮喘患者哮喘发作症状严重,且预后较差。
