摘要
收集 1996年 9月主动脉窦动脉瘤破裂 12例 ,通过对其发病特点、心脏彩超、心脏杂音、胸片和心电图等资料的分析 ,对照手术方法和手术时机的选择 ,对主动脉窦动脉瘤破裂的病因。
From september 1996 to September 1999, the datum of 12 patients with ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva were collected,the pathogenetic diagnosis and surgical treatment were discussed,through the analysis of characteristics of origin,echocardiogram, heart murmur chest Xray and electrocardiographic findings by comparison with the choice of surgical method and surgical time.
