摘要
目的 :应用螺旋CT测量值建立牙槽骨分类的数学模型。方法 :对拟作种植义齿的28例患者共37个失牙区进行牙槽骨CT值模拟骨量的测量 ,以期建立牙槽骨Lekholm和Zarb分类的数学模型。结果 :得到其中第二、三类骨萎缩的“最优化”回归判别方程为g2= -31.2267 +0.0644x2,g3= -14.1321+0.0433x2。结论 :螺旋CT扫描对患者牙槽骨萎缩形态的判别具有重要的临床价值 。
Objective:Measurement of quantity of alveolar bone based on CT value were performed on spiral CT with dental scan software. Method: 28 patients who plan to undergo 37 edentulous sites, and the mathematical model was established through by Lekholm and Zarb's classification of bony atrophy. Results: Optimum regression equation present as follow: g2=-31.2267+0.0644x2, g3=-14.1321+0.0433x2. Conclusion:The spiral CT has very important clinicl value to differentiating patient's alveolar bone shape, and provides the quantification basis for implant denture patients.
