摘要
中石化集团江汉石油管理局通信公司近年来努力推进职工素质提升工程,在创建学习型组织、开展职业道德教育活动、深化技术创新、注重职工建家工作、加大培训力度、全面提升职工素质方面做出了一定的成绩。要进一步推进职工素质提升工程,就应该加强领导,夯实基础,搭建平台;注重结合,营造氛围,提高质量;与时俱进,注重实效,促进发展。
The Communication Company has been working hard for promoting staff quality and has made achievements in its efforts to create a learning organization, carry out professional ethics education, deepen technical innovation, cultivate the sense of staff's belonging and intensify training. Continuing to promote staff quality requires strengthening leadership and laying a solid foundation, advancing with the times and being pragmatic, thus making the company progress.
