一氧化氮在骨改建中的作用机制 被引量:8

摘要 随着对一氧化氮 (nitricoxide,NO)生理机制的不断深入了解 ,对NO的研究成为医学各领域的研究热点。目前的研究证实骨组织细胞在受到各种炎性细胞因子及机械应力的刺激后 ,将促进NO的生成 ,并通过自分泌和旁分泌方式调节细胞的生理功能 ,在维持骨形态 。
