摘要
在基桩检测领域,越来越多的地区开始把检测数据实时传输作为监督检测质量的一种手段,因此,传输系统的设计则成为该手段实施的关键技术。为了实现这一监督方式,设计并实现了一种基于基桩动测仪的数据实时传输系统。检测现场部分将现有BETC-C6A基桩动测仪改进,使其具有无线发送功能,通过彩信的方式将检测数据文件直接上传到数据中心PC;数据中心PC配有用于接收彩信的数据接收节点,由PC机软件系统控制彩信的接收、下载以及用户数据文件的维护。
In the foundation pile test field, more and more regions began to take the real-time data transmission as a means of testing quality supervision. Therefore, the design of data transmission system has become the key technology. In this paper, a real-time data transmission system based on foundation pile dynamic testing instrument is designed and realized. In testing field, the pile dynamic instrument was partially improved to make it have wireless transmission function. The data files are directly up- loaded to PC data center through the MMS. The PC in data center is equipped with the data receiving node for receiving MMS, and can receive, download and maintain the data files.
