摘要 为了提高气囊内压监测效率,替代机械压力表监测方法,提出并设计了一款基于无线网络的船用气囊安全监测系统。系统分为下位机和上位机两个部分,下位机是基于ZigBee无线网络的气压采集系统,上位机是PC机上基于Lab VIEW的安全监测系统软件。实现了气压数据的无线传输,下位机与上位机的串口通信,气压值的实时显示,以及数据库数据的管理。 In order to improve the efficiency of airbags pressure monitoring, a wireless network based security monitoring system for marine airbags is designed to substitute the monitoring method of mechanical pressure gauges. This system is divided into two parts: lower machine and upper computer. The lower machine is an air-pressure acquisition system based on ZigBee wireless network, while the upper computer is a PC with a security monitoring software based on LabVIEW. It implements the wireless transmission of air-pressure data, serial communication between lower machine and the upper computer, real-time dis- playing of air-pressure values, and management of database data.
