摘要 为了对纺纱过程进行断线检测和监控,提出基于AT89C2051单片机的纺纱断线检测控制装置,并根据其要求从硬件电路和软件进行了分析设计,从而实现了纺纱断线自动检测,并能在出现断线时控制纺纱机器停止工作,并通过LED灯闪烁提醒工作人员,提高纺纱检测的智能化程度。 For yarn break detection and monitoring in spinning process, a yarn break detection control device based on AT89C2051 SCM is presented. According to the requirements, the hardware circuit and software are analyzed and designed. The yarn break automatic detection was achieved with the device. When yarn break is found out, the device can control spinning ma- chine to stop working, and remind the staff through light flashes from LED. Therefore, it improved the intelligent level of spin- ning detection.
