一种图像非线性锐化算法在工业检测中的应用

摘要 针对工业检测中,检测图像经常受检测相机分辨率和相机移动造成的图像模糊情况,介绍了一种图像非线性复合锐化方法,该方法对于被检测目标边缘、被检测物表面裂缝瑕疵等需要辨别的元素起到了明晰的分辨作用,有助于更精准的可视化探伤。对于该算法进行了Matlab仿真,经处理前后的图像对比,验证此算法达到了预期效果。 A way of image nonlinear sharpening is introduced in this paper for image detection to overcom the influence of the low camera resolution or image fuzziness caused by cameras moving. This way can play an obvious role to distinguish target edge and surface cracks, and is useful for industry visible testing. The simulation was made with Matlab for this algorithm. The images processed by this algorithm were contrasted with those before processing. The result shows that the algorithm is effective.
