冀、察"省主席",都是蒋介石放长线钓大鱼的诱饵,他利用此诱饵,从冯玉祥集团、阎锡山集团分化出了一大帮重要人物,他利用这些人物去攻打工农红军。抗战时期,又用来抵抗日本侵略军。后来,不听冯玉祥等的忠告,悍然发动内战,终于一败涂地。

All the Chairmen of Provinces of Hebei and Chahar, were actually the gang of baits pre-pared by Chiang Kai-Shek for a long time to catch certain important persons like Feng Yuxiang and Yan Xishan. By taking advantage of the baits Chiang Kai-Shek differentiated a bunch of important people from Feng Yuxiang＇s and Yan Xishan＇s military blocs tO lure them into attacking the red army of workers and peasants before the Anti-Japanese .War and into resisting the Japanese invaders during the Anti-Japanese War. Later the chairmen turned a deaf ear to Feng Yuxiang＇s good advice and outrageously started a civil war with the result of suffering an overwhelming defeat.
