摘要
介绍了煤炭企业运营战略管理的重要性,并从成本构建、战略实施等方面进行了分析,提出了提高供应链管理、强化绩效管理、重视人力资源管理等有关对策,以期为煤炭企业改革、发展的战略实施提供参考。
The paper introduced the importance of the operation strategy management in the coal enterprise. From the analysis conducted on the cost establishment, strategy implement and other aspects, the paper provided the related countermeasures to improve the supply chain management, to enhance the performance management, to give a high attention to the human re- source management and others in order to provide a reference to the coal enterprise reform and the implementation of the de- velopment strategy.
