校企合作订单培养模式的创新与实践——以动物医学专业学生为例

The Innovation and Practice of School-enterprise Cooperation Order Training Mode: Take the Animal Medicine Majors as the Example

"订单式"人才培养模式,是高等教育教学改革的需要,也是社会经济发展对人才培养的需要,是全面提高学生职业素质,实现学生人生规划的基本途径。临沂大学动物医学专业在办学历程上,树立了以订单培养为切入点,以校企合作育人为宗旨,以培养企业首选的毕业生为目标的先进理念,提出了以"能力"为核心,以"应用"为目的,以市场需求为导向的合作育人新模式,走出了一条适合地方区域大学涉农专业发展的校企合作新路子。

＂Order training＂ mode is the need of higher education teaching reform, and also the need of social and economic development of personnel training needs. It is the basic way to improve students＇ professional quality comprehensively and realize the student life planning. Animal medicine, as a major of Linyi University, in its teaching, takes the order training as the breakthrough point, the cooperation between school and enterprise education as the purpose, the cultivation of enterprise preferred graduates as the goal of advanced concept. This paper puts forward a new mode, in which, take ＂ability＂ as the core, ＂application＂ as the purpose, market demand as the guide, therefore results into a new way between colleges and enterprises for the development of agriculture major in local area universities.
