摘要
通过对某型枪弹底火变形与击发过程分析,给出击发时底火壳受力模型,分析了影响底火击穿的因素,得出火台窝处击发药爆炸是导致底火击穿主要原因结论,提出减小击发药量以减小爆炸能量、提高底火壳材料强度以提高感度减小塑性变形,改变击针头部形状以减小火台窝等措施,从而防止底火击穿。
Through the analysis of a certain type of bullet primer deformation and firing process,the article provides the physical model of the forces din primer and analyzes the impacts to the perforated primer.According to the analysis,we find the main reason which leads to perforated primer is that percussion composition detonate in the anvil nest.In order to prevent the perforated primer,three main suggestions are submitted,which include reduction of the firing dose to decrease the explosion energy,improvement on strength of the primer cup bottom to enhance sensitivity while plastic deformation reduced,and shape change of the fire pin to decrease the area of anvil nest.
