Experimental Observation on Stability and Safety Of 20% Oxytetracycline Injection

将不溶水的土霉素碱,采用特殊溶媒和辅料、经特殊工艺流程,制成每毫升药液含20万单位的土霉素注射液样品。在常温条件下进行为期两年的稳定性和安全性观察试验。结果表明:制剂具有很好的稳定性,具有一定的毒性和较强的局部刺激性。

Using special solvents and accessories, by means of a special process, the water-insoluble Oxytetracycline was made into injection samples containing 200,000 units per ml of liquid, which were kept under observation for stabihty and safety under normal temperature conditions on a two-year basis. The result shows that the samples have a good stabihty, a certain degree of toxicity and a strong local irritation.
