摘要
为了研究受限空间内液体推进剂毒气的扩散规律,分析其发生毒害及着火爆炸的危险性,本文利用FLU-ENT软件对圆筒形受限空间内偏二甲肼毒气的扩散规律进行了数值模拟,并对不同时刻偏二甲肼毒气的浓度变化进行了分析,计算出了偏二甲肼浓度大于100×10-6的染毒区域及可能发生着火爆炸的危险区域。模拟结果表明:及时地掐断污染源和合理地通风排气两种措施的有力结合,可有效地减小毒气扩散及发生着火爆炸的危险。
For the purpose of studying the diffusion pattern of the liquid propellant vapor and analyzing the danger of poisoning,firing and explosion,FLUENT software is used to numerically simulate the diffusion pattern of unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) vapor in a limited cylindrical space, analyze the concentration variation pattern of the toxic vapor with time, and calculate the toxic region where the concentration of UDMH is greater than 100 ppm and the possible region with firing and explosion. The simulation result shows that the toxic vapor diffusion and the danger of firing and explosion can be effectively reduced by promptly cutting off the pollution source and properly exhausting the vapor.
