Retrospective analysis of medical resources and resource utilization in Shaanxi province

目的:对陕西省近10年来医疗资源与利用相关情况进行了回顾分析,以期对未来陕西省医疗资源科学配置提供有益借鉴。方法:数据分析,文献查阅及实际调查等。结果:陕西省床位数增长过快,医院床位数比例偏高,医师相对不足,居民医疗服务利用快速增长,住院服务利用尤为明显,但年平均诊疗人次和住院率较全国偏低。结论:应采取综合措施,优化医疗资源配置,重视防病工作等,用科学的体制机制保障居民日益增长的医疗卫生服务需求得到更好的满足,以促使医改目标的早日实现。

Objective： To retrospectively analyze medical resources in Shaanxi province during recent 10 years and to provide useful reference for the rational allocation of medical resources. Methods： Literature review, investigation and data analysis were employed. Results： The results showed that hospital beds of Shaanxi province increased too fast. Proportion of hospital beds was high. Doctors were relatively deficient. Residents＇ utilization of medical services rapidly increased. Hospitalization service utilization increased fast. Average outpatient visits and hospitalization rate per year were lower than national average level. Conclusion： Comprehensive measures should be taken to optimize the allocation of medical resources. Disease prevention should be paid attention. Scientific system needs to be used to meet the increasing demand for health services.
