摘要
通过运用Pro/EMechanica软件,对展示柜结构进行受力分析。针对存在的问题,对展示柜框架结构改进并重新进行分析验证。改进后的展示柜整机强度得到有效增强,满足了运输试验、振动试验和跌落试验的要求。利用Pro/Emechanica有限元分析对结构优化设计为家电开发提供了一种新的有效手段。
By using Pro/E Mechanica software to do force analysis of showcase structure. In view of the factual problems, to improve the frame structure of the showcase and recheck the the analysis result. The holisfic strength of the improved showcase is effectively enhanced to meet the transport test, vibration test and drop test requirements. Using Pro/E Meehanica to do finite element analysis on structure optimization design provides a new effective method for household electrical appliance development.
