Analysis on the Internationalized Process of Talent Cultivation Mode of Higher Education in China:the Strategic Roadmap as a Diagnostic Tool

以战略路线图的分析框架能够呈现在不同历史时期我国高等教育人才培养模式国际化进程中需求、资源和措施的相互作用,挖掘在创新驱动下我国高等教育人才培养模式国际化发展的创新点。建议通过创新国内模式来满足个人对国际教育资源的强烈需求;通过提高多个元素的国际化水平来推动高等教育人才培养模式国际化发展;通过完善国际资源引入机制来提高高等教育中外合作办学水平,不断优化人才培养模式国际化,实现全方位、全过程、全主体的创新。

By strategic roadmap,we analyses the interaction among demands,resources and measures in different historical periods of internationalization of talent cultivation mode of higher education in China,and under the innovation drive we mine the innovation point.It is suggested to meet the strong demand for international education resource personal by innovating domestic model,to promote the internationalized development of talent cultivation mode of higher education by raising the level of internationalization of multiple elements,and to raise the level of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education by improving introducing the mechanism of international resources,so as to optimize the internationalized mode of talent cultivation of higher education in China,and to achieve innovation in full-scale,whole process and whole subject.
