静脉自控镇痛泵用于术后镇痛200例

Application Observation of Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia Pump in 200 Cases of Postoperative Analgesia

目的探讨静脉自控镇痛泵(PCIA)用于术后患者的镇痛效果。方法随机抽取2011年8月至2011年10月术后使用PCIA患者200例,进行回顾性分析。结果镇痛效果均良好,出现的故障和不良反应都给予了及时处理。结论 PCIA克服了传统方法的不足,减轻了患者痛苦,降低了并发症的发生率,且使用方便,镇痛药血药浓度稳定,持续效果好,安全系数高。

Objective To investigate the effect of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia （PCIA） pump for postoperative analgesic patients. Methods 200 cases of postoperative PCIA in our hospital from August 2011 to October 2011 were randomly selected and performed the retrospective analysis. Results The analgesic effects of PCIA were good in all eases, and the appeared malfunctions and the adverse reactions were timely treated. Conclusion PCIA overcomes the shortages of traditional methods, alleviates patient＇s pain and reduces the incidence rate of complications. In addition, it is convenient to use and the blood concentration of analgesics is stable with good lasting effect and higher security coefficient.
