摘要
以鄂杂棉25为材料,探讨了高温与涝渍耦合胁迫对苗期棉花生长的影响。结果表明:高温条件下,受涝植株株高和叶面积与对照的差异在涝后第6天会明显地表现出来,在常温下该差异在涝后第9天会明显地表现出来;作物高温下受涝所受影响大于常温下受涝。此外,和不受涝相比,无论高温与否,植株受涝3d其干重就会显著减少。因此,应做好田间排水,避免出现植株受涝3d的情形;在雨后出现高温天气的情况下,应尽快排出田间涝水,避免棉花受涝达到6d及以上。
Hybrid Cotton E-25as a trial material was used for an experiment which was intended to investigate that cotton in seeding stage suffered from double stresses from waterlogging and high temperature.The results showed that : compared with the contrast,an obvious difference in plant height and leaf area appear separately in the 6th day after waterlogging under high temperature and in the 9th day after waterlogging under normal temperature;the influence of waterlogging on cotton plants at high temperature is more intense than that at normal temperature.In addition,compared with no waterlogging,no matter the temperature is high or low,dry weight of the plant decreases markedly when it encounters waterlogging for 3days.Therefore,field drainage should be done well in order to avoid cotton plants suffering from waterlogging for 3days,and waterlogging in the field should be drained quickly in case of high temperature occurring after precipitation to prevent cotton plants from waterlogging for 6days or more.
