摘要
采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定了己唑醇、甲基硫菌灵、宁南霉素、氟环唑等对小麦赤霉病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:氟环唑和己唑醇的毒力最强,其EC50分别为0.2015mg/L和0.2358mg/L;其次为甲基硫菌灵,其EC50为5.1157mg/L;宁南霉素毒力最弱,其EC50为389.1324mg/L。
Using mycelium growth rate method,the toxicity of hexaconazole,thiophanatemethyl,Ningnanmycin,Epoxiconazole on Fusarium graminearum were determinated.The test results showed that the toxicity of Epoxiconazole and Hexaconazole,were maximum,their EC 50 were 0.2015mg/L and 0.2358mg/L respectively;methyl thiophanate follow,its EC 50 being 5.1157mg/L.The toxicity of Ningnanmycin was minimum.Its EC50 was 389.1324mg/L.
