低蛋白水平饲料对黄鳝血清雌二醇和睾酮含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Low Dietary Protein Level on Serum Estradiol and Testosterone in Rice Field Eel,Monopterus albus (Zuiew)

摘要 以体重(13.50±1.10)g的黄鳝[Monopterus albus(Zuiew)]为试验对象,以白鱼粉作为主要蛋白源,按5个蛋白质水平梯度(100、150、200、250、400g/kg)设计等能的饲料,每个处理3个重复,通过为期15个月的饲养试验,探讨了低蛋白水平对黄鳝血清雌二醇和睾酮含量的影响。结果显示,不同蛋白水平饲料对黄鳝血清雌二醇和睾酮含量都有显著影响,对照组(400g/kg)中黄鳝血清雌二醇含量显著高于其他各试验组,而睾酮含量则显著性低于各试验组。结果表明,血清雌二醇和睾酮含量的变化对黄鳝的性逆转有一定的影响。 Five fishmeal-based experimental diets containing various crude protein levels including 100,150,200,250g/kg and 400g/kg were fed to triplicate groups of 50 Monopterua albus [initial weight(13.5±1.10)g] for 15months.Effects of low dietary protein level on serum estradiol(E 2) and testosterone(T) concentrations were investigated.The results showed that different dietary protein levels significantly affected both E2 and T concentrations of the rice field eels fed with the formulated feeds.E2 concentrations of the control group(400g/kg) were significantly higher than that of treatment groups,but T concentrations of the control group were significantly lower than that of treatment groups.
