摘要
调研了新疆某油田油井结蜡现状,分析了现有在用清防蜡技术的有效性。建议该油田结蜡严重抽机井采用空心抽油杆电加热技术防蜡,而电泵井大排量转抽防蜡技术则在该油田薄砂层油藏具有推广价值;并提出了满足大排量深抽生产需要的有杆泵型号、泵径、冲次、泵挂深度等技术参数。
Oil-well paraffin precipitation situation is surveyed,and effectiveness of paraffin removal and control measure used presently is analyzed. Paraffin control measure of pumped wells and electric pumping wells is proposed, rod pump type, length of stroke, pumping speed, plunger diameter and pump depth are confirmed about paraffin control technology of electric pumping turning to straight beam pumping unit.
