自血穴位注射配合中药熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效观察

Self-blood acupoint injection combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of anal pruritus

目的观察自血穴位注射配合中药熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效。方法选择126例肛门瘙痒症患者半随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组76例采用自血穴位注射配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组50例单纯使用中药熏洗治疗。观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98.68%,对照组为78.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自血穴位注射配合中药熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of self-blood acupoint injection combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of anal pruritus. Methods One hundred twenty-six patients with anal pruri- tus were divided into two groups semi-randomly （ control group, n = 50 ; treatment group, n = 76）. Seventy-six patients in the treatment group were treated by self-blood acupoint injection combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing, fifty patients in the control group were simply treated by Chinese herbal fumigation and washing. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.68% ;that of the control group was 78. 00%, there was a statisf- ically significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Self-blood acupoint injection combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the treatment of anal pruritus showed significant efficacy.
