呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis on condifion of antibacterial drug use in department of respiratory medicine in a hospital

目的分析该院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法调查2011年度呼吸内科住院病历200例(份),回顾性分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果呼吸内科患者抗菌药物使用率为94.0%,共涉及10类38种抗菌药物;其中单联用药79例(39.5%),二联用药110例(55.0%),三联用药7例(3.5%),四联用药4例(2.0%)。结论该院呼吸内科抗菌药物的使用存在药物滥用、药物使用不当等问题,须加强管理,提高合理用药水平。

Objective To analyze the condition of inpatient＇ s antibacterial drug use in department of respir- atory medine in our hospital in ordre to promote a rational drug use. Methods Two hundred medical records of inpa- tients from department of respiratory medicine in 2011 were investigated and the condition of antibacterial drug use was retrospeetirely analyzed. Results Among those inpatients,the rate of antibacterial drug use was 94. 0%, which involved 10 types and 38 kinds of antibacterial drugs, including single drug in 79 patients（39.4% ）, 2 drugs in 110 patients（55.0% ）, 3 drugs in 7 patients（3.5% ） ,and 4 drugs in 4 patients（2.0% ）. Conclusion There has some problems in antibacterial drug use in department of respiratory medicine in our hospital, including drug abuse, unrea- sonable drug use and so on, so it should be necessary to strengthen drug management and improve the level of rational drug use.
