摘要
针对油田压裂废液COD高、难降解的特点,采用Fenton氧化-絮凝-SBR联合处理方法对压裂废水进行处理条件研究。结果表明:按30%双氧水(体积百分比)加量为0.2%、FeSO4加量为20mg/L条件下进行Fenton氧化30min,再按PAC加量为70mg/L、PAM加量为3mg/L、搅拌速度100r/min条件下进行絮凝处理30min后,进入SBR反应器曝气8h和沉降1h后,处理后压裂废水的COD从4132.92mg/L降至190.38mg/L,其去除率可达95.4%,接近国家二级排放标准。
Oilfield fracturing wastewater is difficult to be degradation by conventional treat- ment processes for high organism concentration and non-biodegradation. The process of Fenton oxidation - floeculation-SBR was applied. The results showed that:the wastewater was oxidized for 30 min under the condition of 0.2 % (volume)H202 and 20 mg/L select Fenton reagent as oxidant and under the conditions of the FeSO4, H202, PAC and PAM dosages of 20 mg/L FeSO4. The oxidized wastewater then was flocculated when the polyalu- minum chloride (PAC)and polyacrylamide (PAM)were 70 mg/L and 3 mg/L respectively. The COD concentration of the wastewater was dropped from 4 132.92 mg/L to 190.38 rag/L, the COD removing rate was 95.4 %, after the Fenton oxidized-flocculation wastewater was treated in the sequence batch reactor treatment with 8 hours aerating time and lhour settling time.
