摘要 以二甲基硅油和超细硅酸铝组成的硅膏为主体,Span-Tween为复合乳化剂,采用普通搅拌的方式对硅膏在水相中进行乳化,制备有机硅乳液型消泡剂.考察了各组分含量对消泡剂性能的影响,得到最佳制备工艺:以硅油∶超细硅酸铝为15∶1的比例在130℃处理4 h得到硅膏,乳液中硅膏的质量分数为14%,复合乳化剂的HLB为9,质量分数为5%.实验结果表明,所制得消泡剂消泡性能、稳定性和水分散性均较好. Emulsion organic silicon defoamer was prepared with a paste composed of dimethyl silicone and a luminum silicate mass fraction as the main material, Span Tween blend as emulsifying agent. The emulsifica tion process was carried out under water phase condition in a conventional mixing device. The effects of mass fraction of the components on the defoamer performance was investigated. The optimization of the formulation shows as following: silicone paste was prepared by reacting dimethyl silicone with aluminum silicate mass fraction (their mass ratio is 15:1 ) at 130 ℃ for 4 h, the mass fraction of silicone paste was 14% in the emulsion, Span Tween blend emulsifier was 5% with HLB value of 9. The experimental results show that the defoaming prop erties, stability and dispersibility in the water of the defoamer are good.
