基于DEA模型的合肥城市空间形态效率评价

The Research on Urban Spatial Form Efficiencies of Hefei Based on DEA Model

在梳理合肥城市空间形态形成及其历史演变的基础上运用DEA方法对1978—2010年间合肥城市空间形态综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行历时性评价,经过实证和投影分析发现:规模效率低下是合肥市空间综合效率不高的主要原因,资源投入存在大量冗余,空间扩展无序,空间紧凑度过低,空间拓展与城市发展矛盾突出.并提出提高合肥城市空间形态效率的政策建议.

This paper probes into the spatial comprehensive efficiencies, pure technological efficiency and scale efficiency of Hefei City from 1978 to 2010 based on DEA models through carding the forming of Hefei urban spatial form and its historical evolution, and points out that the lower scale efficiency is the direct reason for re ducing comprehensive effieiencies. Other problems are redundant investment resources, disordered spatial expan sion, low compact space, and prominence contradictions between space expansion and city development. At last, it puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the spatial efficiency of Hefei City.
