摘要
为提高渠道衬砌混凝土的耐久性,提高输水效率,延长渠道寿命,通过试验对比研究了不同掺量下低掺量纤维素纤维混凝土以及聚丙烯纤维混凝土的早期抗裂性能、抗渗性能和抗冻性能.试验结果表明,低掺量纤维素纤维对混凝土的工作性和力学性能影响不大,相比普通混凝土和聚丙烯纤维混凝土,可以大幅提高混凝土的抗渗、抗裂及抗冻等耐久性能,适合应用于薄板大面积的渠道混凝土衬砌工程.
In order to solve the problem of channel lining concrete durability, improve water conveyance effi- ciency and extend the service life of channel, the experimental research including crack resistance at early age, impermeability and freezing-thawing resistance on the fiber reinforced concrete with different contents of cellulose fiber and polypropylene fiber was carried. The test results showed that the low content of cellulose fi- ber almost has no influence on fiber concrete workability and mechanical properties; contrast to ordinary con- crete and polypropylene fiber concrete, the concrete with a low content of cellulose fiber can significantly im- prove concrete impermeability, crack resistance and freezing-thawing resistance, and it is suitable for the ap- plication in a thin plate with large area such as the concrete lining projects for channels.
