On Career Development Problems of Contemporary Youth

当代青年的劳动条件、就业环境、职业选择与期望、学习与生产方式正在发生深刻的变化。调查发现,当代青年职业理想与社会总体的职业期望密切相关,但青年职业技能培训相对不足,对弱势青年群体的关注不够。青年的职业流动,学习能力等与青年个体特点呈现一定的差异性。政府、学校、社会和青年个人只有合力互动,才能提高青年就业创业能力,促进青年职业发展。

Working conditions, job environments, career choices and expectations, learning and production mode of contemporary youth are undergoing profound changes. A survey shows that contemporary youth career ideal is closely related to the social overall career expectations, but youth vocational skills training is relatively insufficient, and the attention to the weak youth group is not enough. Youth occupational mobility, learning ability, etc. are different from personality characteristic. To improve youth ability of employment entrepreneurship, and promote youth career development, require force interaction of the government, school, society and young people.
