贵州承接产业转移问题研究

A Study on Carrying on Industry Transfer in Guizhou

为加快欠发达地区承接产业转移的步伐,以贵州为对象展开相关研究,提出将外资作为判断地区承接产业转移规模的一项重要指标,并通过对这一指标的分析,得到贵州承接产业转移步伐滞缓的结论。针对这一现状,应用国际生产折中理论,从市场因素、成本因素以及地方政府政策因素三方面深入剖析原因。在此基础上,将中观经济与微观经济相结合,运用目标市场营销理论和产业集群理论提出:贵州应确定承接产业转移的目标区域,并与品牌企业合作,在省内已有产业基础的地区建立承接产业转移的工业园,逐步在园区内形成产业集群。这对完善国内产业转移的理论体系,增强欠发达地区承接产业转移的操作性有一定的理论意义和实际意义。

In order to speed up carrying on industry transfer in less developed areas, related researches have been implemented in Guizhou province taken as a case. It was proposed that foreign capital should be used as an important index to judge the scale of industry transfer in the area, and it was concluded that industry transfer legged behind in Guizhou according to analyzing this index. In terms of this situation based on the eclectic theory of international production reasons was wisely analyzed from market factors, cost factors and policy factors in local government .On this basis, this paper combined macro-economic with microeconomic, utilized target marketing theory and the theory of industrial cluster, and proposed that Guizhou should determine the target areas to carry on industry transfer and cooperate with brand enterprises, setting up industrial parks to implement industry transfer in the target areas and form the industrial clusters gradually. There will be some theoretical and practical significance to improve the theoretical system of domestic industry transfer and enhance the operability of carrying on industry transfer for less developed areas.
