从城市化和省际行政区边缘经济理论分析入手,提出铜仁建成省际行政区中心城市的战略定位。在城市化进程中,地方政府治理转型滞后,成为阻碍铜仁建成省际行政区中心城市的观念障碍和现实壁垒。培育中心城市,再以中心城市构建边界经济圈,实施区域一体化相关方略和措施,并进行铜仁城市建设和政府治理转型,成为铜仁建成省际行政区中心城市的现实路径,铜仁市委提出的"省际区域性中心城市"的目标指日可待。

This paper demonstrates Tongren＇s strategic position of inter-provincial administrative based on the analyzing urbanization and the economic theories inter-provincial administrative periphery. Owing to the less awareness of some local officials on the attribute of ＂natural areas＂ and ＂geo-economic＂ in administrative periphery, local government transformation in the process of urbanization legs behind, which prevents Tongren from being inter-provincial administrative center city practically and ideologically. It will be the practical path for Tongren to the inter-provincial administrative center city to build central city, make border economic circle and implement regional integration strategy and measures, including its urban construction and governance transformation, just following as the goal ＂inter-provincial regional central city＂ mentioned by Tongren city commission is around the corner
