我国部分普通高校瑜伽课程的开展现状及对策研究

An Feasibility Study on Starting Yoga Curriculum in Ordinary Universities in Anhui Province

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,在对我国普通高校瑜伽课程开展现状进行分析的基础上,针对课程开展存在的一些问题,提出了合理的对策,为瑜伽课程在普通高校更进一步的普及和推广提供参考依据。

Based on literature review, questionnaire, interview and the analysis of overall present situation of yoga course in ordinary colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some reasonable countermeasures of some problems existing in the course of development, which might be theoretically and of practically regarded as references to further popularization and promotion of yoga course in ordinary colleges and universities.
