64排螺旋CTA与DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤对比分析 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,64排螺旋CT血管造影(computertomographyangiography,CTA)作为一种操作快捷、无创、经济的血管成像方法,受到广大医师和患者的欢迎,逐渐成长为一种常用的血管检查方法,有替代DSA的趋势。我科2010-01—2012—12先后应用64排螺旋CTA和DSA对30例颅内动脉瘤患者进行对比研究,探讨64排螺旋CTA在颅内动脉瘤病变中的诊断价值。
