颅脑外伤术后深静脉血栓的临床流行病学研究

Research on the epidemiology of patients with deep venous thrombosis after craniocerebral trauma surgery

目的通过对颅脑外伤术后患者的流行病学调查,初步了解该病深静脉血栓形成的发病率及好发部位。方法收集我院2011-04—2012-04期间颅脑外伤手术后患者72例,所有患者知情同意后行深静脉造影术及多普勒超声检查。结果在72例患者中,共发现35例深静脉血栓形成,阳性率为48.61%,其中髂股腘静脉段16例,占51.61%,发生率最高。结论颅脑外伤患者术后深静脉血栓发生率高,且与GCS评分存在相关性,必须加以重视及积极预防。

Objective To study the predilection site and incidence of deep venous thrombosis （DVT）on patients after craniocerebral trauma surgery. Methods Totally 72 cases were collected from Apr. 2011 to Jun. 2012. All the patients were examined by Doppler ultrasonography and phlehography after the informed consent signed. Results Of the 72 patients, 35 cases had deep vein thrombosis. The positive rate was 48.61%. DVT in distal iliofemoral vein had the highest incidence（51.61%） in 16 patients. Conclusion DVT is the commonest complication after cranio- cerebral trauma operation and should be paid more attention to prevention.
