神经营养因子与弥可保联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛30例疗效观察

Efficacy of neurotrophic factor and methycobal combined gabapentin in treatment of 30 cases of postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察神经营养因子与弥可保联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法收治带状疱疹后神经痛患者30例,采用三种药物联合应用,以视觉模拟评分(VAS)、睡眠质量评分(QS)及临床结局综合评定疗效。结果三种药物联合治疗3周后,患者VAS及QS评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗有效率96.67%,且均无不良反应发生。结论神经营养因子、弥可保与加巴喷丁三种药物联合应用治疗顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛效果显著,能迅速缓解疼痛,缩短病程,且少见不良反应,是较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of combined of neurotrophic factor with methylcobalamin and gabapentin on herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods We collected 30 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia, and used a combination of three drugs. Visual analogue score （VAS）, sleep quality score （QS） were used to assess the efficacy and clinical outcomes. Results There were significant differences of VAS score and QS score before treatment and three weeks after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.67%, and 30 patients had no adverse reaction. Conclusion Combined of neurotrophic factor, methylcobalamin and gabapentin, which is the ideal treatment method, can therapy intractable zoster neuralgia effectively and quickly relieve the pain and shorten the course, with few adverse reactions.
